Global Performance - Procurement

About the role

Arbex, a supplier of tissue and hygiene products, is hiring for a global performance role within its supply chain, based in the Madrid office. The position focuses on winning with consumers and the market while placing safety, mutual respect and human dignity at the centre. It is open to local candidates already authorised to work in the country; relocation support is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global procurement performance management framework: savings and value tracking, methodology, targets and reporting.
• Consolidate and validate the global value-creation pipeline with regional and category teams and Finance.
• Develop analytics, dashboards and KPIs to steer procurement performance and support leadership decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of performance processes, tools and data quality across the function.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as analysts, managers and Procurement leaders.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance or performance management roles.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and to influence without authority in a global matrix.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and data skills, including reporting tools and savings methodologies.
• Financial validation and data-driven performance assessment.
