- Set vision for sourcing, school strategy, employer branding and communications, using inclusive practices and AI-enabled, automated recruiting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, use AI and standardise ways of working to improve candidate experience, efficiency and compliance.
- Design consistent, engaging candidate and intern experiences across digital, in-person and hybrid touchpoints.

- Proven experience leading complex programs across regions and markets, ideally in a matrixed, global organisation.
- Experience leading teams through ambiguity and change, in person and remotely, and developing people through coaching and stretch assignments.
- Fluent in English, with strong business acumen, cross-cultural leadership and the ability to drive change and influence without authority.
Required skills
- Advanced use of Excel, Power BI, analytics and data storytelling.
- Strong AI fluency, able to identify practical use cases and automate repeatable work.
- Deep understanding of recruitment technologies, policies, strategies, benchmarking and university data.
- Project and program management, and social and digital media savvy (LinkedIn, university platforms, talent communities).
