Graduate Internship – Avionics Systems

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España, together with Camilo José Cela University, offers a graduate internship program in avionics systems for recent graduates interested in the aeronautical sector. The internship starts in early October 2026 and lasts 11 months (August off for all purposes), at full time (40 hours per week), with an attractive study grant. Selection runs from May to September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Support the EBSTYA members (Avionics System Architects, Avionics System Integrators, Vehicle System Design Responsible, Helicopter Support Engineers) in their daily activities, including processes, quality checks and documentation.
• Learn the whole lifecycle of a helicopter, from initial design to support of the existing fleet.
• Carry out the internship across most of the existing portfolio of Airbus Helicopters helicopters.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Telecommunications, Industrial or Electronic engineering.
• English at negotiation level.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, team spirit and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Google Workspace suite.
