Graduate IT Digital Transformation / Software Engineer

About the role

Julius Baer is recruiting a graduate for its 18-month Graduate Programme starting in April 2027, within the Global IT function and the Digital Transformation Spain team. The team supports the design, development and maintenance of technology solutions so that front-office colleagues can meet customer demand. The programme includes three rotations, one of them international.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software modules using best practices in coding and design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
• Take part in code reviews to ensure quality, security and consistency
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to support robust, integrated systems
• Contribute to agile processes and the continuous improvement of software delivery

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a university of applied sciences with above-average grades in software or technology, obtained within the last 12 months
• Initial practical experience in software and technology-related work
• Fluency in English; Spanish and German are a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply
