Guest Experience Internship - Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are opening in Cala Llonga, Ibiza. They are looking for a Guest Experience intern to support guests and help create memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with check-in and check-out and give guests a warm, personalised welcome.
• Contact guests to make sure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays and other guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents and work with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Make sure housekeeping, room service and maintenance meet guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests according to hotel protocol.
• Help with surveys, departure interviews and online review monitoring.
• Record guest preferences, habits and notes for future stays.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
