Sales & Marketing Internship – Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are opening in Cala Llonga, Ibiza. They are looking for a Sales & Marketing intern to help plan and run marketing campaigns and support the events team.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan and run marketing campaigns, including social media content and promotional materials
• Support the events team in coordinating on-site and off-site events and keep departments communicating smoothly
• Assist in preparing and distributing event orders and itineraries to internal teams
• Take part in client meetings, understand their needs and record event details accurately
• Keep online channels up to date
• Help create graphic materials and presentations (Canva is a bonus)
• Track results to learn what works and how to improve

Required profile

• EU nationality is required
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
