Head of Content – Build & Scale Growth Engine

About the role

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced content professional to shape and scale a data‑driven content engine in a global, remote‑first company. You will own the end‑to‑end content strategy, turning creativity into measurable acquisition, engagement and brand outcomes across web, SEO, social, email and video channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a content strategy that delivers measurable business results such as organic traffic growth, sign‑ups and engagement.
• Lead SEO initiatives, managing keyword rankings, search visibility, organic traffic targets and domain authority.
• Build and maintain a scalable content production framework for web, social, email and video, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence.
• Set editorial standards to guarantee quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Mentor, develop and manage a team of content creators and editors, establishing clear performance objectives.
• Track and optimise channel‑specific metrics, including email performance, social interactions and video consumption.
• Create reporting dashboards that communicate content impact, conversion influence and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product and compliance teams to align content initiatives with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or content production, with at least 3 years in a Head or Director‑level role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO, especially in fintech, crypto, digital banking or similarly regulated fast‑growth sectors.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and search rankings.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
