Hospitality Assistant

About the role

The Hospitality & Client Experience Assistant is an ambassador of the Boutique, delivering a refined, warm and personalised hospitality experience to every client. The role combines beverage service and upkeep of hospitality areas with client welcoming, boutique support and close collaboration with Fashion Advisors and the hospitality team. It is based in Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Serve beverages such as coffee, tea, water, soft drinks and champagne according to Boutique hospitality standards, anticipating and responding proactively to clients' needs.
• Maintain a polished, calm and welcoming atmosphere in all client-facing areas.
• Keep hospitality areas, pantry, storage spaces and service equipment clean, organised and well presented.
• Prepare, replenish and monitor beverages, food items, tableware, consumables and supplies; check stock regularly, monitor expiry dates and report maintenance or supply issues.
• Follow hygiene, health and safety, food-handling and operational procedures.
• Work closely with Fashion Advisors, the Welcoming team and Boutique Management, supporting client flow and waiting times, preparing client areas before and after appointments, events and VIP visits, and sharing client feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Preferred: experience in luxury hospitality, premium food and beverage service, five-star hotels, fine dining, luxury retail or client-facing roles, and experience serving coffee, tea and beverages in an elevated setting.
• Experience with international and high-profile clients is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work according to Boutique trading hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
