Hotel Internship – Various Departments

About the role

Barceló Hotel Group is offering a hotel internship in Las Palmas where you will rotate through multiple departments to gain hands‑on experience in the hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in front‑office operations including reception and guest services.
• Support restaurant, bar and lounge activities, learning service standards.
• Participate in kitchen and food‑preparation tasks under supervision.
• Help maintenance and facilities teams with daily operations.
• Contribute to commercial, events, reservations and revenue management activities.
• Engage with the economato‑administration area and other support functions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a vocational training program, bachelor’s or master’s degree related to hospitality, tourism or hotel management.
• Willingness to sign a training agreement with your educational institution.
• Motivation to learn across different hotel departments.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
