Hotel Receptionist – Allegro Barcelona

About the role

Join the Allegro Hotels brand in Barcelona as a Hotel Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will work in a dynamic, internationally‑recognized hospitality group that values quality, sustainability and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all front‑desk operations, including check‑in, welcome, check‑out and farewell procedures.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the guest stay.
• Perform concierge duties and handle luggage storage.
• Review and verify reservations, and conduct night‑audit tasks.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Reception Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum two years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality CRM systems and ISO standards is valued.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Experience using CRM platforms for guest management.
• Understanding of ISO quality standards applicable to hospitality.
