HR Business Partner Intern – Wipes Plant

About the role

The Wipes Plant in Mequienza is looking for an HR Business Partner Intern to join its team and kickstart a career in human resources. The internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management, with training, mentorship and the chance to influence employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and helping run onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Help coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
• Research best HR practices and help implement new policies and procedures suited to the manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback on workplace culture and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is beneficial but not required.
