HR Technical Expert (m/f/x)

About the role

As an HR Technical Expert (BTA Expert) at the Mequinenza Plant, you will actively deliver HR processes and initiatives that support people and business priorities. You take ownership of defined HR responsibilities, collaborate with stakeholders, contribute to projects and look for ways to continuously improve the employee experience and the way we work.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR processes with excellence and strong ownership.
• Identify opportunities to improve and simplify HR processes.
• Work with HR systems, tools and data to support effective HR operations.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
• Partner with HR colleagues, managers and other stakeholders.
• Keep building knowledge across HR and business processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR.
• Experience in at least one relevant HR area or role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Systems, with demonstrated technical acumen in HR information systems.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Proactive, autonomous and people-oriented, with a results-oriented mindset.
