HR Manager - Martorell JIT Plant

About the role

Lear is looking for an HR Manager for its Martorell JIT plant. You will lead all human resources activities supporting the plant's daily operations, making sure business objectives and people strategies stay aligned. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and Corporate HR teams on labor relations, workforce planning, talent development and HR compliance in a fast-paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives across the plant
• Manage labor relations, including works council interaction, collective agreements, union relationships and negotiations
• Oversee payroll, hiring, employee records, time and attendance and personnel administration
• Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies and HR governance requirements
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning and employee development
• Develop and manage workforce planning, including headcount forecasting and staffing plans
• Monitor and report HR metrics, workforce trends and key performance indicators
• Manage the annual HR budget and control personnel-related costs
• Represent the company before labor authorities and work with legal and corporate functions
• Promote employee engagement, teamwork, communication, diversity and inclusion
• Coordinate GDPR-related activities and ensure data privacy compliance at plant level

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in HR management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law or equivalent experience
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience leading HR operations, workforce planning, talent development and organizational change in a plant environment
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
