Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave)

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, reopened in August 2024 after an extensive restoration, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role plays a key part in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent while supporting the hotel's overall recruitment strategy. You will work closely with department leaders to understand staffing needs, deliver an excellent candidate experience and make sure recruitment reflects the company's luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment cycle for all hotel positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and talent market trends.
• Handle all candidate interactions professionally, confidentially and with care.
• Coordinate and take part in interviews, career fairs, recruitment events and networking activities.
• Build partnerships with schools, universities and hospitality institutions for internships and traineeships, and manage trainee and internship vacancies.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate pipelines and reporting in the Applicant Tracking System and other HR tools.
• Support onboarding coordination and keep in touch with candidates before they start.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, school and university partnerships and local recruitment initiatives.
• Work with Learning & Development and People & Culture on internal mobility, succession planning and other projects.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates, employees and leaders.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills; additional languages are a plus.
• A genuine passion for people, hospitality and creating meaningful experiences.
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage several priorities and stay accurate in a fast pace.
• Proactive, collaborative and flexible to operational needs.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of Four Seasons' cultural and core standards is an asset.
