Workday Absence Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Workday Absence Senior Analyst within the Accenture Workday Business Group, you will join a team of advisory professionals delivering cloud-based HR solutions. You will help clients get the most out of their Workday investment by configuring absence and time tracking functionality, and you will work alongside senior colleagues to build your expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in design and discovery workshops to capture client absence and time tracking requirements and decisions.
• Configure Workday absence and time tracking functionality under the guidance of your team lead.
• Build, test and document your configuration, and carry out unit testing.
• Investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles.
• Learn from senior colleagues to grow your absence and time tracking expertise.

Required profile

• Intermediate professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, teamwork and clear communication.
• Fluent English and Spanish (at least B1).

Required skills

• Willingness to learn Workday absence and time tracking configuration.
• Workday certification or completed Workday training is a plus.
• Experience with absence and time tracking processes through study, internship or a first project is a plus.
• Comfort working with data in Excel or similar tools is a plus.
