HR Marketing Trainee (Internship)

About the role

ACCIONA, a global company focused on regenerative infrastructure, is looking for a trainee in Human Resources Communications within its internship program. The role supports the planning and management of HR projects and the development of HR communications and initiatives, working alongside experts from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and follow-up of HR projects, organizing tasks, deadlines and deliverables
• Keep in touch with HR teams, gather internal client needs and prepare communications addressed to the organization
• Create presentations, documents and content, taking part in writing and reviewing HR communications for different audiences
• Develop HR marketing initiatives and propose creative communication ideas and drafts

Required profile

• Final-year student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Communication or a related degree; profiles combining both disciplines are especially valued
• Interest in project management, internal communication and HR
• Good writing and synthesis skills
• C1 level of English
• Organized, proactive, able to work in teams and understand internal client needs

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Project planning and follow-up

The internship lasts 6 months full-time with immediate start, and signing a university practice agreement is possible while studying the final year of the degree.
