Human Resources Manager – Iberia (Spain & Portugal)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR activities for our Iberia operations (Spain and Portugal). Based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, you will partner with the country leadership team and the EMEA HR group to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives for roughly 60 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational effectiveness programs, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
• Provide employee relations support, including policy interpretation, performance management, disciplinary actions, and harassment investigations.
• Administer payroll, benefits, onboarding, off‑boarding, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Lead company‑wide initiatives such as salary reviews, workforce planning, and change management projects.
• Act as a trusted business partner, offering coaching, succession planning, and development resources to managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner, preferably in a multi‑country environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, from transactional tasks to strategic change initiatives.
