About the role

We are seeking an Icelandic‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Barcelona team. The role supports a leading travel and leisure brand, assisting Icelandic‑language users through digital channels and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming queries from Icelandic‑speaking customers via digital channels and telephone.
• Resolve booking discrepancies, guide users through platform features, and process account updates.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical or administrative issues.

Required profile

• Professional or native fluency in Icelandic, with working proficiency in English.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic and patient approach.
• Eligibility to legally work in Spain.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms.
