Industrial Manager – Combat Air Systems (Temp Agency)

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for an Industrial Manager to join the Combat Air Systems VS team in Getafe, Spain. The role will support the industrial management function, ensuring smooth production operations and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders such as Supply Chain and Logistics to guarantee adherence to the industrial plan and part availability at the point of use.
• Oversee industrial activities to maintain proper functioning of production lines.
• Support the EWS for end‑to‑end EF ramp‑up rate increase, including liaison with other sites like Tablada.
• Assist in managing and coordinating bidding activities for Combat Air Systems operations in Spain.
• Lead a multifunctional team to ensure process compliance across industrial activities.

Required profile

• Degree in aerospace engineering or a comparable field.
• More than 3 years of experience in production or MRO processes.
• Strong knowledge of assembly processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with internal functions and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, create concepts and lead empathetically.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and negotiation‑level English.
• Familiarity with Airbus EF program procedures and tools is preferred.
