Industrial Qualification M&P Internship – Discover II 2026/27

About the role

Join Airbus’s Discover II graduate program in Spain as an Industrial Qualification M&P Intern. You will combine a master‑level training program with an 11‑month, full‑time internship, gaining hands‑on experience in advanced materials, composites, sealants and electrical manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review Industrial Qualification (IQ) technical plans and reports.
• Conduct on‑site process audits and generate audit reports.
• Analyse data and trends, monitor non‑conformities and support their closure.
• Participate in internal innovation projects related to advanced materials and manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain teams across the supply chain and internal plants.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering or Science.
• Proficiency in English at least B2 level.
• General knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
