About the role

Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid) is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join its Maintenance Engineering Team. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety and reliability of industrial assets such as robots, machines, jigs and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintainability and maintenance strategies for industrial means.
• Conduct maintenance engineering activities, including failure analysis, reliability studies and preventative maintenance planning.
• Manage relationships with internal customers, production and support functions to ensure seamless maintenance support.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and oversee supplier management for maintenance services and parts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase maintenance efficiency.
• Guarantee compliance with aerospace safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in maintainability and maintenance engineering.
• Strong teamwork, resilience and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced fluency in English, both written and spoken.
