Inside Sales Representative (German Speaking) – Austria & Switzerland

About the role

Iron Mountain, a Fortune 500 company providing records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management and fine art storage, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for its Austrian and Swiss market. The role is office-based in Barcelona and focuses on prospecting and closing new business in the mid-market.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Austrian/Swiss mid-market through cold calling, social selling and email campaigns.
• Research and map key stakeholders (C-level, IT managers, legal) to understand their information management needs.
• Run high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain's digital and physical solutions with client needs.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the value proposition.

Required profile

• Native or near-native German; professional English for internal collaboration.
• Proven track record of cold prospecting and consultative selling, managing the full sales cycle.
• Sales experience in inside sales, business development or SaaS (mid-market experience is a plus).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong.
