Sales Development Representative (English Speaking)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its growing Inside Sales team in Barcelona, working onsite. The role drives growth across key European markets by opening up small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts and finding high-value opportunities, working closely with Inside Sales Managers to connect with senior decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns by phone, tailored email and LinkedIn InMail to reach high-intent prospects.
• Uncover customer challenges and qualify opportunities using value-based messaging frameworks.
• Work with assigned Inside Sales Managers to build targeted messaging for key vertical personas.
• Map organisational structures and build rapport with senior business decision-makers.
• Record customer pain points and relationship details in the CRM to ensure smooth deal hand-offs.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally in SaaS, technology, cloud or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach, discovery methodology and value-based selling.
• Native-level English (UK) spoken and written, able to explain complex value propositions simply.
• Analytical curiosity and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
