Intern Consultant - Portuguese Speaker (m/f/d) - Madrid

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is looking for an intern consultant in Madrid who speaks Portuguese and English fluently. As an intern you will be a fully integrated member of a project team, working alongside colleagues and clients on real business challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to client projects through research, analysis, problem solving and the development of client recommendations and deliverables.
• Work alongside experienced consultants, taking part in team discussions and client interactions.
• Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship and feedback while collaborating with colleagues across industries and capabilities.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, expected to graduate within the next 1-2 years.
• Strong academic performance and intellectual curiosity; no specific major or prior consulting experience required.
• Initiative, creativity, adaptability and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Evidence of leadership, teamwork, entrepreneurship or extracurricular involvement is highly valued.
• Portuguese and English (native or fluent).
