About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Growth trainee to join its Spain Growth team. The role sits in one of Europe's fastest-growing startups and involves supporting local marketing activations and the country marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of local marketing activations, working with CRM, Design, Digital and Accounts teams on promotional campaigns (promo creation and auditing, creative asset requests, partner selection)
• Keep the activity grid up to date with planned activations, new city launches and partner rankings
• Monitor the competitive landscape and gather insights to help the Growth and Marketing team craft the country marketing strategy
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects requested by the local and global Marketing team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
• Business acumen, critical reasoning and hands-on attitude
• Ability to track and report on KPIs and understand consumer behaviour

Required skills

• Office suite and Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
• SQL (nice to have)
