Internship - IT Resourcing and Capacity Support

About the role

Drees & Sommer is looking for an intern to support workforce planning and capacity management in a complex IT project environment. You will help with data analysis, reporting and resource management while gaining hands-on experience in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce planning for complex IT projects
• Carry out capacity analysis, data evaluation and reporting
• Collect and maintain capacity data
• Update resource utilization information in different tools
• Prepare dashboards
• Maintain skills matrices and workforce reports
• Provide administrative project support and invoicing-related tasks
• Act as contact point for resourcing vendors
• Support database administration and maintenance

Required profile

• Active student status and ability to sign a 600-hour internship agreement (Convenio de Prácticas)
• Currently studying Business, Informatics, Human Resources or a related field
• High English level (C1); interviews include English
• Interest in IT human resources, operations management, controlling, project management and database administration
