Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management & HR Transformation Consultant

About the role

Drees & Sommer Digital Services is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management & HR Transformation Consultant to join its Corporate Process Technologies team in Malaga. You will help develop and provide technical support for globally deployed HR systems, contributing to projects in digital HR and strategic talent management.

Key responsibilities

• Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes.
• Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, linking succession, development, performance and skills management.
• Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development.
• Design solutions and ensure the implementation of HR technology best practices.
• Drive initiatives on Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and skills-based organizations.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, focused on Talent Management.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and experience turning business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.
• A high level of English is required.
