IT Administrator

About the role

Domes Resorts, a hospitality group expanding with new resort openings each year, is looking for a proactive, service-oriented IT Technician to join its IT team. The role provides technical support to internal users and keeps the company's systems, equipment and technological tools running properly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage, log and track IT support tickets so they are resolved on time.
• Install, configure and maintain corporate IT equipment, systems and applications.
• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 (O365) environment, including user identities, access permissions and endpoint devices.
• Monitor endpoint compliance through Intune/MDM dashboards and perform routine infrastructure maintenance and security patching.
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and collaborate with other departments to keep systems reliable.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, IT administration or a similar position.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and technical documentation practices.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

Required skills

• Windows, Microsoft 365 and standard business applications.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues; basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and MDM.
• User account management, access permissions and IT security best practices.
