IT & Cybersecurity Specialist – Strategy & Governance

About the role

H2SITE is looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Specialist to define, lead, and execute the end‑to‑end strategy for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and AI Governance. You will protect digital assets, ensure compliance with international standards, and align IT infrastructure with the company’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the technology architecture and infrastructure to support daily operations and growth.
• Oversee corporate IT systems, networks, and digital workspaces (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, cloud/hybrid environments).
• Coordinate external IT consultancies, negotiate licenses, and manage the IT/Cybersecurity budget.
• Design and implement a cybersecurity master plan aligned with ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
• Lead periodic risk assessments and internal/external audits covering systems, devices, access controls, and infrastructure.
• Develop business continuity, vulnerability management, and incident response procedures.
• Establish guidelines for secure, ethical, and compliant use of Generative AI tools.
• Design and deliver company‑wide security awareness and training programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and IT budgets.
• Ability to define AI governance policies and promote security culture.
