IT Helpdesk Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our fast‑growing Barcelona hub. You will be the first point of contact for all IT needs, from daily troubleshooting to onboarding new hires and supporting live events. The role offers real ownership from day one and a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support and manage the daily helpdesk via Slack, walk‑up, and Freshservice.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues on Jamf‑managed macOS devices and peripherals.
• Handle account access requests, password resets, MFA re‑enrollment, and app provisioning through Okta and Google Workspace.
• Prepare and issue laptops, peripherals, and accessories for new hires; manage equipment return and asset inventory in AssetSonar.
• Set up, support, and troubleshoot AV equipment for internal events, All‑Hands meetings, and external meetups, including live streaming with OBS Studio.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and coordinate procurement for the Barcelona office.

Required profile

• Proactive and detail‑oriented, spotting issues before they impact the team.
• Enjoys a varied workload and can switch between technical support, onboarding, and event AV tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
