IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

About the role

Lear For You is looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to support the planning, coordination and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across EMEA locations. The specialist helps ensure infrastructure solutions are implemented securely, meet operational requirements and are handed over to IT Operations for ongoing support, working closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, local IT and business teams in an international setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support infrastructure projects, migrations, lifecycle replacements and site onboarding across EMEA.
• Coordinate deployment of server, virtualization, network, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, backup and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with local IT teams, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, technical documentation and status updates.
• Identify, track and escalate technical risks, dependencies, issues and blockers.
• Support testing, validation, go-live and operational readiness reviews, and hand over completed solutions to IT Operations.
• Follow security, audit, business continuity and governance requirements, and contribute to standardization and cost optimization.
• Provide technical support during critical implementations, migrations, maintenance windows and major business events.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network infrastructure or infrastructure project delivery.
• Experience supporting implementations, upgrades, migrations or rollouts in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and good English; willingness to travel across EMEA and support out-of-hours implementations.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
