IT Project Manager (WMS)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Project Manager specialized in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join a multinational logistics company. The position is permanent, fully remote, and requires a very high level of English. You will lead projects from initiation through closure and provide post‑project support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from kick‑off to closure and post‑project support.
• Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Oversee process management activities such as analysis, risk handling, requirements gathering, KPI tracking, reporting, change requests, workshops, and training.
• Control economic aspects including budget, cost monitoring, progress tracking, deadline management, and invoicing milestones.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation: requirements, analysis documents, Gantt plans, KPIs, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in the logistics/transport sector.
• Very high proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
