IT Support Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an IT Support Specialist in Madrid to support its employees worldwide. The role covers service desk and helpdesk activities, IT environment management and support for offices across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Service desk and helpdesk: prepare laptops for new employees and provide onsite and remote support to employees globally on Windows and macOS
• Plan, design and develop the IT environment and processes that can be automated
• Prepare onboarding and IT material for new employees
• Manage Google systems and licences, and manage tech material
• Maintain audiovisual equipment in meeting rooms and support offices around the world
• Contribute to the quality and environmental management system, and handle waste segregation properly

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish (other languages welcome)
• Decisive and organised, enjoys a dynamic team in a growing company
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus

Required skills

• Experience installing and managing networks is desirable
• Knowledge of Jira or other ticketing tools is desirable
