Italian-Speaking Customer Expert (Customer Service)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Italian‑speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting Imperial Brands in Greece. You will deliver high‑quality assistance to Italian‑speaking clients through phone, email and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, empathetic support to Italian‑speaking customers via multiple channels.
• Handle product inquiries, order processing, complaints and general questions.
• Record interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Stay informed on product updates, company policies and industry regulations.
• Offer feedback to improve service quality and operational processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
