Junior Campaign Specialist (PPC Onboarding) – Barcelona

About the role

This is a full-time, long-term position in Barcelona for a Dutch-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist. You will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them set up their first online advertising campaigns, working in a target-driven environment with individual targets and as part of a larger onboarding team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC campaigns
• Detect and understand the customer's needs and objectives
• Be responsible for increasing spend, upselling and sustainability
• Handle a high volume of potential clients each day through phone calls

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
• Strong desire to meet productivity, sustainability, task-point, compliance and customer satisfaction targets
• Native-level Dutch and a high level of English

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
• Salary of 23,876.19 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,407.56 EUR gross per year in bonus
