Junior Inside Account Representative

About the role

HP's Madrid office is looking for a Junior Inside Account Representative to work closely with Account Executives. You will help retain existing customers and create new sales opportunities, managing the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and keep a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and manage customer relationships and collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for new and existing accounts.
• Analyse sales data and metrics to track performance and guide strategy.
• Manage smaller transactional deals independently, from qualification to close, and expand the product portfolio offered to customers.
• Support customers in adopting new products, and help with product selection, demos, RFP responses and catalog updates.
• Oversee the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solution development, closing and technical demonstrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required; IT or a related technical background is highly valued.
• At least two years of sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Fluent native Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience in direct sales and working with various stakeholders.

Required skills

• Managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Selling services and recurring revenue models, and cross-selling and up-selling.
• Digital and remote selling, and quick adoption of new tools and AI.
