Junior Office Manager – Bilingual (Spanish & English)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Office Manager to become the central heartbeat of our fast‑growing startup’s Barcelona hub. You will ensure smooth daily operations, support HR processes, and act as the main liaison between internal teams and high‑profile external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, logistics, and safety across all workspaces.
• Manage relationships with external service providers (IT, maintenance, suppliers) and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate inventory tracking, office supply purchasing, and executive expense management.
• Assist with new‑hire onboarding, employee records, and access permissions.
• Serve as the communication bridge between teams, management, and external partners.
• Welcome authors, partners, and guests, maintaining a premium brand image.
• Supervise receipt, sorting, and shipment of incoming and outgoing packages.

Required profile

• Energetic and proactive, thriving in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and full professional proficiency in English (and French).
• Hands‑on problem solver with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in office management, operations, or executive assistance is a plus.
• Passion for editorial publishing and influencer culture.

• Salary of EUR 24,000 gross per year.
• Permanent, full‑time contract (100% onsite) with standard working hours (Mon‑Fri 9:00–18:00).
