Junior Partner Associate (German Speaker)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Junior Partner Associate based in Madrid. The role covers the full life cycle of big events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main point of contact between event organizers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire event lifecycle from contract signing to final closing, coordinating other departments' tasks so everything happens on time and in form.
• Act as the main contact between event organizers and all internal teams involved.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritizing requirements with the product team.
• Create and maintain detailed Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team.
• Ensure all requirements needed to meet project goals have the necessary documentation.
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event.

Required profile

• Degree holder with a project management background; 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable coordinating other departments and delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
• Fluent English and German; other languages are a plus.
• Event experience is not required but is a plus.

Required skills

• Project management and operational experience.
• Analytical, organizational and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of work and parallel work streams.
• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
