Junior People Operations Data Analyst

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Junior People Operations Data Analyst to join its People Analytics team in Madrid. You will turn data into actionable insights that shape talent strategy and employee experience, working on a modern stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker, Google Sheets/Apps Script) and connecting HRIS and ATS systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR, Talent, Finance and regional teams with People data insights
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, compensation, performance and hiring
• Write SQL (BigQuery) and model People data so it is reliable, documented and reusable
• Build internal tools and lightweight apps using LLM-assisted development to replace manual processes
• Design and validate AI-powered workflows (e.g. natural-language querying, automated reporting) with attention to privacy and access control
• Own data quality and consistency across People systems, tracing issues to their source
• Explore new tools and methods to improve People Analytics

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics; People Analytics is a plus
• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar (Master's a plus)
• Fluent English (Spanish a plus); ability to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Care for sensitive data, especially compensation and performance data handled with AI tools

Required skills

• Strong SQL and solid command of Google Sheets/Excel
• Experience with a BI tool such as Looker
• Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to speed up SQL, scripting or app development, with judgment to validate their output
