Junior Project Manager - German Speaker

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Junior Project Manager in its Originals team, based in Madrid. You will work with your team lead to develop, launch and manage events from start to finish, help grow Fever's pipeline of original events and own the strategic planning, execution and reporting of key experiences. You will work with partners, providers and venues and with all departments, from Marketing to Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage events from conception to delivery, scaling them to other markets
• Own strategic planning, execution and reporting for key experiences
• Analyse business opportunities and inefficiencies, propose process improvements and drive customer satisfaction
• Manage and grow revenue from Candlelight Events, and share best practices to scale it across cities
• Work with the marketing team on ticket sales and coverage, and foster the partner network of venues and event organisers
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering
• Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Required profile

• 1+ years in a project management role or consulting background; the role is not primarily suited to an events background
• Fluent English and German
• Strong analytical, organisational and relationship management skills, with good communication and networking abilities
• Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work streams
• Plus: knowledge of Facebook and Instagram promotional tools, and a strong academic background

Hiring process: 30-minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager, a 60-minute online test (logic, analytics, written understanding), a 30-minute call with the hiring manager, and a 45-minute call with the future manager including a business case presentation.
