Junior Project Manager - Global
FeverUp · Madrid
Job description
About the role
Fever, a global live-entertainment discovery platform, is hiring a Junior Project Manager to join its Madrid office. You will help grow Fever's pipeline of original events by supporting worldwide teams in developing, launching and improving theatrical experiences, from early concept and testing through launch and expansion. Employees are expected to be in the office Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Key responsibilities
- Take day-to-day ownership of the quality improvement cycle for theatrical experiences: monitor customer feedback, ratings and operational challenges, identify recurring issues and coordinate actions to improve the guest experience.
- Own and continuously improve the documentation and processes behind theatrical experiences, including project plans, production guidelines, launch checklists, reporting and knowledge-sharing tools.
- Project-manage cross-functional initiatives such as cost-optimization projects, new program creation and others that improve efficiency, scalability and commercial performance.
- Contribute to business planning for new and existing concepts, and help define repeatable models, processes and tools for expansion into new markets.
- Prepare clear updates, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks and next steps.
- Build strong working relationships with local teams and external partners.
Required profile
- 2+ years in a project management role, consulting background or entertainment project management.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects or workstreams, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment.
- Fluent English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
- Strong academic background is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong analytical, relationship management and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify problems, structure information and propose practical solutions.
- Quick learner with a solution-focused, collaborative approach.
What we offer
- Base salary plus the potential to earn a significant performance-based bonus.
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences.
- Private health insurance and Wellhub membership.
- Professional and personal growth opportunities, regular local office events, and free snacks and drinks at the office.
