Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Madrid. You will help shape the future of entertainment by sourcing candidates and managing the full recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Managing the full-cycle recruitment process: writing job ads, screening applications, phone and video interviews, candidate testing, interviewing and coordinating with hiring teams
• Helping hiring managers define the recruitment process
• Delivering a great candidate experience and giving applicants clear feedback
• Promoting Fever at virtual job fairs and e-meetups
• Managing the candidate pipeline and spotting future growth opportunities

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience, preferably in-house in a similar tech or related company; experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
• Degree in Business, Psychology, Law or a similar field
• C2 or native English, other languages a plus
• Ability to build recruiting partnerships and network

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems
• Understanding of Fever's vision, business model and operations
