Large Format Finance Portfolio Strategy & Planning Partner

About the role

HP's Large Format Finance team is looking for a strategic, analytically driven finance professional to lead Long-Range Financial Planning (LRFP) and give a portfolio-wide view of investment allocation, cost structure and business performance across the Large Format business. As a Key Finance Partner to senior leadership, the role shapes long-term financial strategy through cross-business analysis and integrated portfolio insights, working closely with segment finance partners and investment owners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the LRFP process across the Large Format business, turning strategic priorities into long-term financial plans and executive recommendations.
• Develop a portfolio-wide view of investment allocation across Design, Production and SitePrint, checking alignment with performance, growth and strategy.
• Analyse cost structures (Cost of Sales, R&D, FSC and operating expenses) to find trends, productivity opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Set up reporting and benchmarking frameworks that show investment allocation, spending patterns and resource efficiency.
• Partner with finance teams and business leaders to consolidate insights and support data-driven resource allocation decisions.
• Build executive presentations, financial models and scenario analyses, and drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting and analytics through simplification, standardisation and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field, or commensurate experience and demonstrated competence.
• 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting or a related field.
• Preferred certifications: CPA and/or CFA.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations.
