Lead AI Consultant (Field) - Iberia & LATAM

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Lead AI Consultant (Field), known internally as Lead Deployment Engineer, for the Iberia & LATAM region. You will lead the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, using Celonis's AI deployment tools to direct agents that build data models, generate analyses and configure operational solutions. You also lead a team of junior consultants and partner with Account Teams in pre-sales to shape and position the Services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-sales: design deployment roadmaps, estimate timelines and effort, draft Statements of Work, and align client expectations with operational feasibility.
• Initiate and connect: run business discovery workshops, define project scope and data requirements, and set up data connectivity and extraction pipelines.
• Build and value: direct AI agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs and dashboards; configure the Celonis platform (Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions); validate AI outputs and quantify business impact.
• Rollout, adoption and handover: train and demonstrate to users, document design decisions and configurations, and manage project outcomes against timelines and scope.
• Develop deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g. Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) and share scalable solution patterns with the team.

Required profile

• 7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting or process improvement consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology, business or engineering field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50%.

Required skills

• Complex IT/SAP transformations, process optimization and PQL/SQL/Python.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and prompt or context engineering.
• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERPs and areas such as Inventory Management, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay is a strong plus.
