Lead Product Manager – Liveops

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Liveops and monetisation strategy for our mobile games. You will shape the vision, design promotional campaigns and drive data‑led decisions that maximise player engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Define the Live‑ops vision and create daily/weekly promotional plans, including campaign design, creative assets, launch execution and QA.
• Analyse current monetisation strategy (pricing, segmentation, value proposition) and define the optimal approach for the game.
• Formulate hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, and translate insights into high‑impact product decisions.
• Monitor key performance metrics (ARPU, conversion, funnel, churn) and use data to guide decision‑making.
• Develop best practices to improve operational excellence within the Live‑ops team.
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure Live‑ops requirements are integrated into new feature development.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong live‑ops cadence.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, volatile environment and adapting to change.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.
