Lead Product Manager - RPG Games
Homa
Job description
About the role
Homa, a global mobile game developer and publisher, is hiring a Lead Product Manager for its RPG games. You will define and own the product roadmap for live RPG titles end to end, starting with one strong live title and turning it into a long-running franchise, then expanding your scope as the RPG portfolio grows.
Key responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles: core loop, progression pacing, monetization and meta systems such as gacha, PvP, seasons and guild or pass structures, including the health of the in-game economy.
- Own LiveOps end to end: define the calendar, events and the loop that brings players back, based on what the team can design, produce and sustain.
- Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts, giving them a clear plan and raising their level.
- Oversee the monetization model, working closely with economy to balance IAP and ad revenue growth.
- Drive growth with the UA team, using player data, creative learnings and campaign performance to shape the product roadmap.
- Work with Publishing and the studios, and bring genre benchmarks and best practices to every major call.
- Stay hands-on with the data and systems, and remain close to the game even in a leadership role.
Required profile
- Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG, with end-to-end ownership of an economy, progression system or monetization roadmap.
- Ideally, experience taking a title from concept or pre-launch through launch and LiveOps, or shaping product direction across multiple titles.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, able to align Design, Publishing, Data, Economy, UA, Growth and external studios.
- A strategist and builder who stays hands-on with the game, systems and data, and thrives in lean, fast-moving, high-autonomy teams.
Required skills
- Strong fluency in RPG mechanics and meta systems: progression, power curves, collection, PvP/social, seasons and passes.
- Deep LiveOps experience, understanding how events, content, progression and monetization drive engagement and repeat spend.
- Track record of owning features end to end: identify, build, ship, measure and iterate.
What we offer
- Benefits depending on location, such as insurance, meal vouchers, public transport and gym memberships.
- A desk at the Paris HQ in a WeWork building, plus access to WeWork spaces across Europe.
- Team gatherings and off-site retreats, and performance reviews every six months.
- Home office setup allowance for remote workers.
