Learning and Business Operations Coordinator

About the role

Roche is looking for a highly organized, agile and flexible coordinator to reinforce its Global Customer Support organization. The role focuses on business support and event and workshop coordination, while supporting training management and compliance-driven documentation. It is based in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Key responsibilities

• Event and workshop management: coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, accommodation and vendors, and handle procurement, supplier setup and approval workflows.
• Travel coordination: assist with international travel and guide travel within the EMEA region using the Travel Management System.
• Onboarding: support the onboarding of new team members.
• Documentation management: set up and run signature workflows in the electronic Document Management System (eDMS), review and modify documents accurately, and act as the main contact for eDMS queries.
• Training management: help organize local and global product and non-product courses, create courses and manage registrations and prerequisites in the LMS, and keep training metadata accurate.
• Participant support: help trainees with logistics, visa applications and on-site support, and provide first-level troubleshooting and ad-hoc reports on DIA product training.

Required profile

• Commercial vocational training or an equivalent education.
• At least two years of experience in business operations, event coordination or training management, preferably in a service-oriented corporate environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; a second foreign language is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of the tools used in the role; prior experience with DiaDoc, myBuy and Cornerstone is highly advantageous.
