Job description

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Learning & Development Manager within its People Operations team. The role ensures that every employee has the knowledge, information and skills needed to perform effectively, from onboarding to the rollout of new processes and tools. Beyond running programmes, it owns the L&D policy and roadmap, the learning budget and the e-learning platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain the learning strategy and internal L&D policies, including budget guidelines, approval frameworks, eligibility criteria and provider governance.
  • Own the learning roadmap, from new joiner onboarding to upskilling on new processes, tools and ways of working.
  • Partner with department leads and People teams to build learning journeys embedded in career paths and growth frameworks.
  • Own the learning budget end to end, monitor spend across markets and identify cost-recovery and cost-optimization opportunities, including training grant and levy schemes (e.g. FUNDAE in Spain).
  • Build a playbook to replicate funding and cost-recovery best practices across markets, and work with FP&A and Procurement on budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Manage the e-learning platform provider, improve content, UX and adoption, and pilot and roll out new tools that increase self-service learning.
  • Automate L&D workflows (ticket routing, approvals, self-serve resources) and own L&D analytics dashboards on participation, completion and engagement.
  • Document, govern and co-create training content with business teams, keeping a single source of truth for all materials.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a track record of owning L&D strategy and policy.
  • Proven experience managing a learning budget end to end, including training grants or levies (FUNDAE experience is a strong plus).
  • Hands-on experience owning an e-learning platform or LMS and driving adoption.
  • Experience designing and governing training content with business teams.
  • Experience in international, multi-country organizations; exposure to training funding schemes beyond Spain is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

  • Data-driven mindset: building dashboards and turning learning metrics into actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence department leads and managers.
  • Organized and process-oriented, with a bias for automation and scalable solutions.

What we offer

  • Base salary plus the potential for a significant bonus for top performance.
  • Flexible remuneration with 100% tax exemption through Cobee and the option to receive part of your salary in advance via Payflow.
  • Home-office friendly, with a location in central Madrid.
  • 40% discount on Fever events and experiences, health insurance and Wellhub membership.
  • English lessons and a young, international team.
