Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Join a dynamic team of about 60 professionals at the heart of Airbus Helicopters España’s operations. You will contribute to the transformation toward the "Factory of the Future" and help shape the industrial strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from development to serial production.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer design data to the manufacturing environment and influence product architecture with an operator‑centric approach.
• Collaborate with the design office to build an industrial concept for the full product range.
• Develop and optimise balanced production line systems.
• Simulate the industrial system, perform data‑driven analyses and propose improvement solutions for the shop floor.

Required profile

• Strong experience in manufacturing, production‑line development and execution.
• Ability to apply a Digital Twin methodology in an industrial setting.
• Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic and a proven team player.
• Diverse academic or non‑academic background; programming and project‑management skills are a strong asset.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English (French or German a plus).
