Marketing Manager - Cardiovascular

About the role

Viatris Pharmaceuticals S.L. is looking for a Marketing Manager for its Cardiovascular portfolio in Madrid. You will shape and deliver the long-term strategic vision of the portfolio, drive sustainable growth and successful product launches, and lead a team of Product Managers. The role partners with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Supply Chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Cardiovascular portfolio in line with business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
• Coordinate, coach and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration and high-performance execution.
• Drive the 2027-2031 strategic plan for the therapeutic area, identifying growth opportunities and portfolio priorities.
• Ensure successful preparation and execution of key launches, and manage lifecycle and optimization of mature brands.
• Guide brand positioning, messaging, promotional campaigns and omnichannel initiatives.
• Monitor business performance, P&L evolution, A&P investments and key KPIs, and oversee forecasting to support demand planning.
• Coordinate external agencies and suppliers, and support congresses, events and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a relevant field.
• Desirable: 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including Cardiovascular, Primary Care or related areas.
• Proven experience managing teams and product launches, and managing mature brands.
• Strong strategic mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Availability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Desirable: experience with omnichannel strategies and digital initiatives.
